How about plugins page created and put all the plugins i.e. IDEA, Eclipse and maven plugins in to it. Release page will only contain a link to the plugins page.

What I'm worried is, if we list all of them in the release page, and when a user comes to it, he has lot of artifacts listed in front of him. And he might be worried.
