[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-1153?page=comments#action_12442768 ] Evanthika Amarasiri commented on AXIS2-1153: --------------------------------------------
The reason for the passwords to display the next time you visit the page is because I have set the option to remember the user name and the password. Therefore, this is not a bug. The issue can be closed. Chamil, Please close the Issue Thanks, Evanthika > The admin user name and password not getting cleared when logged out from the > Web Admin Module > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: AXIS2-1153 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-1153 > Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2) > Issue Type: Bug > Components: admin console > Environment: Windows XP, jdk1.5.0_08, Maven 1.0.2, Mozilla Firefox > 1.5.0.6 > Reporter: Evanthika Amarasiri > > I logged on to the admin site using the given user name: admin and password : > axis2 > Then I logout of the site and closed the browser > Opened a new browser window and visited the login page and it still displays > the user name and the password. > All I had to do was to click on the button "Login" and I was able to get > through. Is this correct? When you log out from the site, shouldn't it clear > the user name and password fields. At Least shouldn't it clear the password > field ? > Even if I clear the cache and open a new browser, it still displays the user > name and the password which I used to log in to the site previously -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
