The "Finish" button of the "Axis2 Service Archiver" is enabled from the first
step of the wizard. Because of this, you will be able to finish the archive
generation even before setting the jars, outpur paths, service xmls, etc.
Therefore, the button should be disabled till the last page of the wizard.
