We ship an ant script that builds a war for them .. that's more useful because they can put their own services into the repo and make a war after trying it out with the simple server. Right now we ship a war but most people can't really use that off the bat because it has nothing useful in it. If they want that same war all they need to do is to go to the webapp dir and type "ant". Axis1 also does not ship a war. > 2.
