User guide should include the necessary information on TCPClient, Mailclient
and RESTClent samples

There are some web service client samples available in the
'Axis_home\samples\userguide\src\userguide\clients' directory.
ie:- TCPClient, RESTClent, MailClient
However , the user guide or any other document do not include information on
these client apps.
The necessary execution instructions and purpose of these client samples should
be documented.
