I am trying to run the build for the xmlbeans sample (samples\xbean). The
build task tries to run task "xmlbeanbuild" in target "axis-xmlbeans-setup"
(targets.xml) in order to create axis-schema.jar. The required folder (xsd)
and its files are missing from the Axis 1.4 distribution, so the task fails.
In summary, Axis 1.3 came with axis-schema.jar. Axis 1.4 attempts to build
it, but the required files were not distributed with the Axis 1.4 zip.
