Brennan, For A), could you just yank out the classes for now from WSIF? then follow option #2. B sounds like the correct approach. Remember, there is one additional scenario which is if a "Axis2Server" with both http and jms transports enabled has a pojo deployed, then both the http and jms endpoints should show up when one hits "?wsdl" on the http port.
