Brennan,

For A), could you just yank out the classes for now from WSIF? then follow 
option #2. B sounds like the correct approach. Remember, there is one 
additional scenario which is if a "Axis2Server" with both http and jms 
transports enabled has a pojo deployed, then both the http and jms endpoints 
should show up when one hits "?wsdl" on the http port. Also, let's concentrate 
on the java stuff first (test with say ActiveMQ).
