Service skeleton code is not generated when selecting custom options in

I tried to generate server side code using custom code gen options. However,
Service skeleton class was not generated.
Instead, MessageReceiverInOut and SkeletonInterface classes were created in the
out put directory.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Axis2 Wizard in IDEA
2. Select 'WSDL2Code codegeneration' option
3. Select a valid WSDL file and click next
4. Select 'custom' option and click next
5. Select 'Generate Server side' in the 'Options' page and click next
6. Select custom output location and click finish
7. Check the generated code at the specified location
Issue:
