Keith Godwin Chapman commented on AXIS2-1480:
---------------------------------------------

This issue is a bit debatable. Should the user select multiple class locations
or not. In the generate service.xml case we do allow to do this simply because
we want to know the service implementation class in order to generate the
service.xml. But when the user provides the service .xml we need not know this.
Therefore we assume that the class location selected initially has all the
needed classes for all the services in the group.

My opinion is that the option of selecting multiple class locations is not
needed in this case.

Thanks,
Keith
