Some changes were done to the "Axis2 Installation Guide".
a) The command "$maven dist-standard-bin" was changed to "$maven dist-std-bin"
since the command was changed in the maven.xml
b) Point 2 under the heading "Building the WAR File Using Standard Binary
Distribution" was changed inorder to give a better meaning
c) Some other minor changes were done as well
