SimpleAxis2 server does not call ListerManager.stop();

When I run the axis2Srever.bat or .sh it call LM.start method , but t does not
call stop method of that. This cause problems for service life cycle and
modules which need to save its states at the system shutdown time.
Problem can be easily solved by adding shutdown hook.
