Failure when user sends NULL value to a holder value of primitive type

In proxy code when user creates a IN/OUT parameter that is a primitive type and
sets the Boxed parameter in Holder to NULL, JAXWS fails to set assign the
value.
After my discussion with Nick and Rich I will provide the fix to this issue,
where we will handle the null value such that we read default value from
JAXBObject.
