WSDL2Java generated code dependent on axis2-java2wsdl jar

Code generated by WSDL2Java with an ADB databinding now requires
axis2-java2wsdl.jar in order to compile. This wasn't the case in 1.1 RC1.
The dependency is in the following generated code which indirectly references
org.apache.ws.java2wsdl.utils.TypeTable.
