JAXWS not handing Polymorphic schema

Currently when JAXWS marshalles a polymorphic schema the marshalled xml does
not have the xsi:type associated with the actual type, thus JAXB demarshaller
cannot case the from type to the actual type. The problem is associated with
how the jaxws creates JAXBContext.
Rich and I had a brief conversation on this and I am first putting togeather an
interim solution that will create JAXBContext such that we have all the
required formal and acutal types in the context with assumption that they are
located in the same package as the wrapper classes.
I will create a separate JIRA to fix this by looking at the context paths of
all the forma and actual type pakages and expan the interim solution to fix the
problem permenantly.
