Was having the same problem except for the dependency on neethi-2.0.jar. Manually downloaded neethi-1.0.1.jar from http://www.uniontransit.com/apache/java-repository/ws-commons/jars/ and build was successful.

I'm getting the following build failure with the latest checkout:
