Option "generate all" is ignored by Eclipse plugin

The Eclipse plugin ignores the generate all option. As the generate
server/generate client options cannot be checked at once, I suppose that
"generate all" option generates both, client and serverside code, but when I
check it it only generates clientside code (I only have the Stub class but not
the Skeleton class or interface.
