FAQ descripton of 'frequently used maven commands' [1] is out of date.
dist-bin and dist-src are used instead of dist-min-bin, dist-std-bin,
dist-min-src, dist-std-src
maven -u is also out of date saying java-src is the correct goal.
Also in maven -u, the formatting of the description is odd - I think it's
because the etc/project.properties is formatted with newline chars. IMHO this
shouldn't matter and maven -u should deal with it, but just joining the text
together in one long line in etc/project.properties makes the formatting better
in maven -u
