Hi David,

IIRC, what you were trying to do was to separate service dispatching and
operation dispatching. What I am referring to is dispatching based on
different endpoints of the same service.

I will make sure my changes will be compatible with your changes. I have
to add all the relevant changes at once. Anyway, I won't revert your code :D
