When calling Axis2 using a <wsa:ReplyTo>, the server should respond 202 OK on
the original HTTP connection and then initiate a new connection for the
response. With SimpleHTTPServer the server correctly responds 202 OK, but under
the WAR version it responds 200 OK, which is strictly speaking incorrect.
