I'd like to be able to subclass the Axis2 DeploymentEngine and
RepositoryListener classes to customize their behaviour but a lot of fields and
methods are private. This patch changes them to protected, no other code
changes.
(If its ok to apply this then any chance it could also happen on the 1.1
branch?)
