To enable server side "log4j" logging, you should:
- Put log4j's jar (e.g. log4j-1.2.13.jar) under AXIS2_HOME\lib folder
- Put log4j.properties file into AXIS2_HOME
P.S.: AXIS2_HOME is where the axis2 distribution resides. (e.g. c:\axis2)
