This is a problem in the code listing shown in the web page
(http://ws.apache.org/axis2/1_1_1/userguide-buildingservices.html#deploypojo).
However Docs distribution contains the completed skeleton code for the code
listing 15 (please download Axis2 document distribution and check
..\axis2-1.1.1\docs\xdocs\1_1\userguide-buildingservices.html#deploypojo). You
can use it as a workaround until the dev guys fixes this issue.
