Retested with Axis2 1.1.1 and this problem still exists.
The output xsd (which is modified by Axis2) doesn't have a XML processing
instruction with the character encoding. The one provided as input is removed.
And the special characters are not encoded in UTF-8 (the default) nor escaped
with XML entities.
