Committed patch5_new.txt. Committed revision 498250
I added trace to track the marshalling and demarshalling of jaxws faults.
I added tests to metadata tests to verify the faultBean defaulting.
I corrected the FaultDescriptionImpl code to use the composite information when
DBC is enabled. Thanks Jeff for the patch review!
