Lazarski, I tested this patch with Geronimo, JBoss and Weblogic. It works fine.
I have uploaded a simple tutorial (tutorial.rtf) and source files needed for
the tutorial (src.zip).
I couldn't find a solution for your 4th question yet. In this patch I delegated
the responsibility of loading the EJB to a utility class.
