FAQ refers user to tests

The FAQ question regarding sessions and the use of SimpleSessionHandler refers
the user to a test for an example. There ought something in the samples for
this because user's should not have to download the source distribution for FAQ
level information.
I made this a bug because it should not be acceptable for a user-oriented FAQ
to refer users to source-level artififacts.
Note also the linked issue from several years ago asking for user guide
documentation of this same thing.
