SOAPMessageContext Properties not setup correctly.

Currently in JAXWS we are missing some of the SOAPMessageContext Properties and
some of the properties that we have, are reading incorrect values. I am adding
code to read correct SOAPMessageContext Properties.
Some of the changes involve
1) Adding properties to SOAPMessageContext after OperationDescription has been
added to JAXWSMessageContext.
2) Reading WSDL properties required changes to EndpointDescription and
EndpointInterfaceDescription.
I have made these changes after discussing them with Nicholas Gallardo and Jeff
Barrett.
