Most of the samples are not created in the binary distro when it is built using
source distribution.
Probably the maven-std.xml in not up-to-date.
(Axis2-trunk\release-docs\maven-scripts\maven-std.xml)
Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the axis2-1.1.1 source distribution
2. Type maven dist-bin to build the standard binary distro
3. Check the samples directory of the axis2-1.1.1 folder which is created at
src\target\dist
