I'd say let's ship 1.2 with WSDL 2.0 code marked experimental with whatever the MEP URI that the WSDL WG is using for the interop tests. Then once the doc hits REC we can get the right one burnt in.
David, can we get away with not going thru the deprecation iteration with the "experimental" trick? OTOH if its trivial to support two URIs I have no objection. Sanjiva.
