Description:
The org.apache.axis2.jaxws.util package is in the metadata module, but many of
the classes are only referenced in the jaxws module.
The proposal is to add the following package to the jaxws module:
org.apache.axis2.jaxws.utility
And then move some of the classes (SimpleServer, ConvertUtils, etc.) to the new
package.
This will further streamline the metadata module.
