The documentation of Axis2 1.1.1 mentions the parameter load-on-startup and even calls it a "must-have". However it seems to me that this parameter is now obsolete. I can't find any references to this parameter in the code. Can you please clarify if this parameter can still be used or if the documentation is out-of-date in regard to this?
