I commited the patch; Committed revision 508026. Thanks, Roy!
Note that the patch included a new method in EndpointDescriptionImpl: public
OperationDescription[] getDispatchableOperations(OperationDescription[]
opDescArray). I discussed this with Roy, and this method is not part of the
fix, so I removed it from the commit.
