Resolution: Fixed
reviewed and committed patch. Please keep in mind not to remove the <p> tag
that encapsulates the <pre> tag which contain code, where there are html tags
used inside the the opening and closing pre tags.
This is to avoid html tags within the pre tags being removed with the content
during a maven site build using Maven 1.x
