the Dispathc<Source> ...usage is still missing
B) Added capability to use Message or Payload mode. Refactored some classes.
Missing Function includes:

* input/output attachment property usage
* HTTPException processing
* Corner cases....null / empty inputs
* Some transport issues....why is an action being passed ?
* No async tests
