I've updated the build files to include the LICENSE.txt, NOTICE.txt files in
the build jars of the following modules.
integration , jaxbri ,jaxws ,jaxws-api ,jason ,metadata ,mex ,mtom ,ssaj
,ssaj-api
However for strange reasons, soapmonitor.jar doesn't include those files but
the soapmonitor.mar includes them. Seems that we need maven1 expert's advice to
fix that problem.
