[AXIS2] trying to build trunk

maven -Dskip.enterprise.tests=true -Dmaven.test.skip=true clean  
release dist

RESTUtil.java:20: cannot find symbol
    [javac] symbol  : class OMBuilder
    [javac] location: package org.apache.axiom.om.impl.builder
    [javac] import org.apache.axiom.om.impl.builder.OMBuilder;
and a ton of others

any way to fix this?
