Saminda Wishwajith Abeyruwan resolved AXIS2-2410.

Resolution: Fixed
The attached patch has been created with a relatively older revision of Axis2.
Thus, I have extract the important parts of the patch and applied it the new
code. [Axis2 branch] not Axis2 trunk.
I marked this JIRA as fixed.
