'Document index' link on index.html generated through maven site build needs to
link to @axi2_version_dir@/content.html

The index.html generated through maven site build contains a 'Document Index'
link which must link to a href="/@axi2_version_dir@/content.html". But by
default this links to a href="/@axi2_version_dir@/index.html" as it should be
with consideration to the generated docs through maven dist-docs build.
Can we use a maven filter to change the link to contents.html from index.html
instead of having to manually change this each time with every maven site build.
