mvn install from the toplevel directory.

Hi list,
the 1.2-src build fails since it tries to access xdocs which isn't
part of the source distribution.
I commented out the lines in
modules/tool/axis2-eclipse-service-plugin/pom.xml and
modules/tool/axis2-eclipse-codegen-plugin/pom.xml which contain
references to xdocs and it succeeded.
