Axis2 RC1.2 and Rampart_1.1

Can anyone give any indication as to when these two projects will work together 
again?
"Mid May' had been touted around but that may not be the case anymore.
 
It was stated that the way some of the handlers worked had changed when 
Axis2_1.2 was released and that it was now incompatable with Rampart_1.1.
 
Who needs to change, Rampart_1.1 or Axis2_1.2 ?
 
If it is Axis2_1.2, is there any chance of getting this into a 1.3 or 1.2.1 
release.
