I am using axis1.4 and can't make this work. It is still sending
soapenc:string[] instead of xsd:string[] and preventing me to use my .net
application.
Does it really work? Did you have to change something? Does it still work for
1.4
Even if I put the flag for each service, it still doesn't work for me.
