I got http://www.uniontransit.com/apache/ws/axis2/1_2/axis2.war from
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/1_2/download.cgi and I was having exactly
the same problem as mentioned herein. I built the axis' war using Ant from the
build.xml provided in the Standard Binary Distribution, though the file sizes
(the downloaded war vs. the built one) appear to be different, the problem
remains. I've checked whether the addressing mar is available and it is.
I checked this in Ubuntu Feisty Fawn and Debian 3.1 both running Tomcat 5.5.
(both boxes showing the same issue)
