Thanks for the offer, but I'm working on backing out revision 549924 right now.
That's the revison that introduced the API change to AxisOperation. With that
revision backed out, there will be no API difference. I think with that backed
out, this Jira is no longer a blocker. Do you agree?
I'll work on a JAXWS-handler based solution for header-based SEI parameters
next week. That will not introduce any API changes.
