Hey folks:
Just my $0.02, I think there should (continue to) be different ways to
install the jars in your repo and build the distributions. When
developing (esp when using a lot of interdependent projects) you often
want to refresh your repository jars, but in my experience rarely want
to rebuild an actual distribution while working.
