The war file generated in the modules/distribution/target directory (inside
axis2-SNAPSHOT-war.zip) is missing the axis2-jibx and jibx-run jar files
necessary for deploying and using JiBX data binding. It does include the
jibx-run-LICENSE.txt, but that's not of much use...
