Keith Godwin Chapman resolved AXIS2-3004.

Resolution: Fixed
Applying patch attached here. This throws an Exception only if there is a fatal
error. Else it prints out the warnings and errors.
Fixed in revision 558957. Applied patch to both branch and trunk.
