Sumedha,
looks like we need to use ant plugin to generate the javadocs. am also looking
at adding a new documentation module under modules to get be able to build the
site before adding a new assembly for documentation. looks like Axis2 1.2 had
a separate download/zip for docs. We should do the same in 1.3 as well.
