With axis2 binary distribution, I'm trying to engage rampart module for testing
and when I write
<module ref="rampart"/>
I'm getting the exception:

I'm using it for the client side and I tried to do it with
ConfigurationContext configContext

configContext.getAxisConfiguration().engageModule("rampart");
and it says:
