org.apache.axis2.transport.nhttp.HttpCoreNIOListener always binds to all local
addresses. This is generally not what one wants to have in a production
environment.
Since the binding address may be different from the host name that is used to
create the EPR prefix, the binding address should be an additional
configuration parameter.
