This fix was contributed by Dan Sedov. He is a member of the IBM Functional
Test organization that is responsible for testing the JAX-WS contribution to
Axis2.
In some cases, the HTTP CONTENT-ID is xml encoded. For example, a ":" is a %3A
on the wire.
The JAXBAttachmentUnmarshaller is responsible for decoding the content id. Dan
has provided a small fix that correct the problem.
A second patch corrects a minor oversight in the Axiom Attachments code. Dan
discovered this problem while debugging the first issue.
I will commit the patches once I complete testing.
